We’re thrilled to share that The Naughty List has been awarded Best Short Script at the Palm Springs International Screenplay Awards – Winter 2025 Edition! 🎉
This recognition means the world to us. Palm Springs is a competition known for spotlighting strong, emotionally resonant stories with commercial appeal, and we’re honored to be included among such talented writers and storytellers.
Winning this award also comes with a featured placement in the Palm Springs Online Screening Room—an amazing opportunity to showcase the script to thousands of industry professionals and decision-makers. It’s another exciting step forward for The Naughty List as we head toward production later this summer.
For those just tuning in, The Naughty List is a 30-minute holiday special about grief, hope, and one tenacious little girl who kidnaps Santa Claus. Equal parts funny, heartfelt, and magical, the story has already taken home top honors from Final Draft’s Big Break Competition, the Screencraft Film Fund, Manchester Film Festival, and now Palm Springs.
